It’s official news now. Hyundai’s Exter has become India’s first sub 4 meter SUV to be equipped with 6 Airbags, with one for the driver, Passengers, Curtains and Side, as Standard across all trims. For Exter, Hyundai has given the slogan of ‘Think outside, Think Exter’, and as it fits the slogan, Exter does symbolize outdoor, travel and leisure.
Hyundai has taken an inspiration from the natural world around it to build this new model Exter. This SUV model of Hyundai has been designed in such a way that our active and trendy lifestyle remains incomplete without it.
When we talk about the product specification and feature of Hyundai’s Exter, it is completely outstanding. The SUV comes with voice enabled Smart Electric Sunroof and Dash cam with dual front and rear Camera with a 5.84 cm or 2.31 inches LCD display. The smartphone app based connectivity and multiple recording modes further add to its beauty. With the help of these features, the customers of Hyundai Exter can enjoy the panoramic beauty of the nature.
The Dash cam in the interior of the SUV also supports Full HD Video Resolution and allows users to capture pictures from both front and rear camera. The Dual Camera provides facilities of different recording options like Driving (Normal), Event (Safety) and Vacation (Time lapse) to act as an add on to its users’ lifetime experience.
When we talk of the safety features of the SUV, the Exter offers 26 Safety features to its users. These safety features are available in all of its variants and acts as an option on entry trims. These features include first one in its segment being like ESC or Electronic Stability Control, VSM or Vehicle Stability Management and HAC or Hill Assist Control.
Apart from this, Hyundai Exter also offers standard safety features like three point Seat Belt and seatbelt reminder for not only the front seats, but also for all the other seats as well. Besides, it has advanced keyless entry, ABS with EBD, Rear Parking Sensors, ESS, Burglar Alarm, Head lamp Escort function, Auto Headlamps, ISOFIX, Rear Defogger, Rear Parking Camera and many others.
Hyundai Exter also features a floating roof design which is further enhanced with parametric design C Pillar garnish and sporty bridge type roof rails. The SUV also hosts three power train options – 1.2 one Kappa Petrol engine or E20 Fuel Ready, which is available with 5 speed manual transmission or 5MT and Smart Auto AMT or Automated Manual Transmission and 1.2 l Bi-fuel Kappa petrol with CNG engine equipped with 5-speed Manual transmission. All the power trains are tuned to deliver a consistent performance in diverse conditions also, thereby ensuring a delightful driving of the SUV.
Hyundai Exter offers beautiful diamond cut alloy wheels, housed in blacked out arched wheel. Its exceptional SUV design is further amplified with H Signature LED DRLs, Projector Headlamps and Sporty Skid Plate, with a unique EXTER emblem on the front side of the SUV.
